“I've always had painful cramps, backaches, and a lot of clotting. It can be pretty heavy. I had a copper IUD that I got in Sweden (where my mother lives). It was supposed to be in for 5 years, but I wasn’t able to get it removed until after seven years. I finally got it removed because I started to feel like my body was telling me “I want this stuff out of me.” My period got lighter and shorter once I removed the IUD. No more laying in bed miserable!

I love Perfect Period! Before taking Perfect Period, I had severe cramping with spotting for up to one week prior to my period starting. I also had heavy bleeding with nausea for the first few days. Better cycle timing
