Shipping Policy
For orders placed before 12 Noon Eastern, your order will be shipped out the same day. For orders placed after 12 Noon Eastern, your order will be shipped out the next business day.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
- Standard Ground Shipping. On average, 4-10 business days.
- Priority Shipping. On average 3-5 business days.
- 2-Day Express Shipping (where applicable)
SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping Rates are offered and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time we are only shipping to the United States and Canada.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days, for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. If, however, it was our mistake, we will gladly resend you your order and we will cover the shipping costs to get your order delivered to you.
RETURN POLICY:

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping and handling fees to return a product unless otherwise stated in the Return Policy.
DAMAGED PRODUCT:
If you received a damaged product (the bottle is broken, the dropper is cracked or does not work, the label is damaged and not legible), then photograph the box, label, and/or damaged contents. Email these photographs with your description to info@perfectperiod.com. Once we receive this information, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
